This site is operated by BlissMills SRL, a Moldovan company, under the brand name IUBIȘ. Our contact email is hello@iubis.md. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean BlissMills SRL.
2. What this site does
IUBIȘ is a marketing and order-request site, not an online shop. There is no online payment. You request products through the form on /order and we reply by your chosen channel (email, WhatsApp, or Telegram) within 1 working day. Quantity, pricing, and shipping are confirmed in that reply, not on this site.
3. Product information
Product names, taste notes, sizes, and claims shown on this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge and provided for informational purposes. Allergen information (almond) is shown on the packaging. Final product specifications are confirmed when we reply to your order request.
4. Nothing here is a binding offer
Information on this site is not a binding commercial offer. A binding offer exists only when we confirm it to you in writing in response to your specific request.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by talking to us first should be brought before the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
