What data we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and your rights.

1. What we collect
When you fill out the form on /order, we collect: your name, business name if applicable, email, phone (only if you choose WhatsApp or Telegram as your reply channel), city, country, the product categories you're interested in, and anything you write in the optional message field. We do not collect tax IDs or payment information.
2. Why we collect it
Only to reply to your specific request via the channel you chose. We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or unsolicited follow-ups.
3. Who has access
The BlissMills SRL team that handles order requests. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Where it lives
Your submission is delivered as an email to our mailbox (via Resend, our transactional email provider) and as a notification to our internal Telegram channel. We do not maintain a separate customer database for the website's form at this time.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your email and form details while the conversation is active and for a reasonable archival period afterward (currently up to 12 months). If we agree to start a business relationship, contact data is kept according to applicable accounting and tax obligations.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@iubis.md with the subject "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days. If you believe we mishandled your data, you can also contact the data-protection authority of the Republic of Moldova.
7. Cookies and analytics
The site uses one functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your chosen language. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking, or fingerprinting. See /legal/cookies for the full list.
8. Updates
We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
